Challenge

Design a 2,800 m² technology-culture workspace in Tashkent where deep-focus individual work, spontaneous team collaboration, acoustic privacy, and collective energy can all coexist without friction — across an organization whose workforce spans developers requiring silence, to commercial and product teams who thrive on interaction.

Solution

Sayl ergonomic task chairs at all primary workstations — providing the all-day comfort essential for a developer and analyst workforce spending extended hours in concentrated, screen-based work where physical discomfort is a direct cost to output quality.

Result

A 2,800 m² Herman Miller installation in Tashkent that supports the full spectrum of technology work — from individual deep focus in Framery pods to large-scale collaborative sprints — in a workspace that is visually distinctive, ergonomically excellent, and purpose-built for the team building the CIS region's digital future. One of the largest Herman Miller deployments in Uzbekistan to date.
